Acknowledge the strength and vitality you possess.
Start re-thinking and analysing critically your old beliefs, the way you have acted and spoken until today; always keep a positive behavior, this will give you a kick start toward the realisation of new and wonderful things.
Think big, very big, and move beyond your limits, because everything is possible, without any exception. Reflect on it for just a minute: if something is impossible, it’s because you think it is: if you think that you cannot achieve something, you are empowering a limiting thought. By believing in yourselves, with a positive attitude, you can easily resolve and make achievable what you previously believed was unreachable and impossible. It’s up to you to recognise that everything is achievable, obtainable and realisable. You are the creators of your own life.
It’s up to you to decide how to live your life, depending on how you interpret it. That strong, empowering feeling of satisfaction starts as soon as you start to visualise your dreams in your head. You can do this starting from this very moment.

You have been created to receive all good things, on planet Earth. Be grateful for what you have, for love and for life; these are fundamental things to be happy about, which will make you feel rich and fulfilled.
Love and motivate yourself; you’ll see how much more love and joy you’ll attract in your path. Speaking and expressing yourselves in a positive manner is important to attract - more quickly and productively- everything you have asked for.
You will gain access to constant wellbeing. A “not” (as well as any other negative remarks) can profoundly affect your mood and the way you attract things and situations to yourself. Once you decide to adopt a positive attitude, you will see how life will pay you back, drawing towards you nice things, nice people and memories worth remembering.
We need to tune in with our life, in order to be happy and flourishing, the way we have always dreamed of.
The steps we have to take are the following:
Step 1: cleanse your mind; what we think and say influences greatly what will come back to us, what will happen around us and what we’ll let into our life: our body, our friends, our job, all we have and all we live is the result of what we have created and attracted.
Step 2: listen to yourself. Stop being influenced by others. Repeat this mantra:
FROM NOW ON I WILL LISTEN TO MYSELF.
Step 3: ask yourself: “What do I want from myself? How do I wish my life to be? How can I achieve things and live the life of my dreams?”
