Meditation is the dissolution of thoughts in Eternal awareness or Pure consciousness without objectification, knowing without thinking, merging finitude in infinity.

THE LINK TO OUR INNER SPIRITUALITY
In the morning, as soon as you wake up, alienate yourselves from any noise and distraction and meditate.
Meditation helps us understand ourselves and what we are. We can calm every thought and be able to reach our inner equilibrium.
We are able to open up completely and renew our energy, cleaning it up. With this practice everything flows and renews itself, allowing us to connect with our inner power.
It is like listening to the Energy (or the Universe, if you prefer) and engage through intense connection. The ways of meditating are different and you can use whichever fits you best. We are going to describe one of these ways but please, remember that the only important thing is to remain tranquil, still and relaxed.
To avoid distractions, focalize with calm and discipline on a fixed point and take a comfortable position. Begin by deeply inhaling from your nose and exhaling from your mouth. Close your eyes, free your mind and, in complete silence, begin to focus on the present. Listen to yourself, to what happens to your body, your legs will feel lighter, try to free yourself from any mental burden. If your thoughts start to drift, let them pass by like clouds in the sky.
Feel your body anchoring itself to the peace and tranquillity; in this way your mind clears up and your energy will be purified. Meditate until you feel ready, then rise up slowly, relaxing your muscles. Now you are ready to face the day. You are now among the ones who will give light, like the sun, to those who cross your path. You can use this ritual several times a day, in a tranquil place. At the beginning it will be fine meditating just five minutes a day then, with practice, you could increase gradually. If you find it difficult, don’t give up and be perseverant: everything happens by maintaining the right predisposition; practice leads to acquiring the mental firmness. By doing so, you will master your thoughts. Tip: you can use also a scented candle or burn some incense to create a relaxing atmosphere. Meditation will help you enlighten your mind, feel cleaner and more energetic.
